Each booth space is approximately 10’ x 10’, includes two (2) tables, two (2) chairs, and one (1) electrical outlet. The price per booth is $375 with a limit of two (2) booths per merchant. Additional tables for a double booth are available at $10 each and $25 each with skirts. Additional electrical outlets are available at $65 each.

4. Payment Options

Full payment or a 50% deposit is due with this Agreement by November 1, 2012, final payment is due by February 1, 2013.


PayPal

Using our secure payment system, you can pay with any major credit card or use a PayPal account. Click the "Pay Now" button below and you will then be transferred to our secure Paypal site to fill out your merchant information and submit your payment.

NOTE: For faster processing, please include Company Name/Purchase as the PayPal definition upon checkout (e.g. Company Name/Booth). You will also need to manually enter the total amount of your purchase.

Mail in a check

To pay by mailing in a check please click the "Mail In Payment" button below.

Please note: Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Your booth selection is not guaranteed until your deposit is received. For most efficient processing of your request, we recommend using the PayPal option above.

If you paid via PayPal you should receive a confirmation email shortly.

If you chose to Mail In Your Payment, you will receive an email confirmation shortly with the submitted Merchant Agreement form attached. Please print the form for your records and mail a copy along with a check payable to Broward Quilt Expo, Inc. for the total amount of your booth(s) and any additional requested items. Please note: Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Your booth is not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
